Fantastic customer service

Taylor was incredibly helpful throughout our entire order. She answered my questions about bag dimensions and imprint area, sent updates during production, and even followed up after delivery to ensure we were satisfied. The totes exceeded our expectations!

Simple ordering process

First time ordering custom bags and the website made it so easy to visualize the final product. The virtual proof showed exactly how our design would look, which gave me confidence to approve the order.

Excellent value

We've ordered promotional items from several companies, but amberpromo really delivered on both price and quality with these tote bags. The whole process from artwork approval to delivery took less than two weeks.

Quality Beyond Expectations

I was hesitant about ordering promotional tote bags online, but these exceeded my expectations. The canvas is thick and durable, not flimsy like other promotional bags I've seen. Rachel helped ensure our artwork was positioned perfectly. These will definitely make a great impression at our upcoming trade show.
