Before Placing Your Order:

Select Product
- Choose the product and color you would like to customize with your
artwork.

Customize Your Product
- Imprint Details: Select the imprint location and imprint
colors.
- Design Upload: Upload your artwork or describe your design.
- Rush Service: Choose rush service if it’s available and you
need expedited processing.

Add to Cart
- Add your customized products to the shopping cart.
- You may add multiple custom products to the cart to take advantage
of promotions and coupons.

Checkout
- Shipping & Payment: Confirm or enter your shipping and
payment information. Your card will not be charged until you approve
your final virtual proof.
- Delivery Date: Indicate your desired "in-hand" date, if
applicable.
- Discounts & Exemptions: Apply any coupons or tax-exempt
status.

Place Order
- Finalize and submit your order.
After Placing Your Order:

Order Confirmation
- Receive an email confirmation with your order number.

Virtual Proof
- Receive a free virtual proof of your customized product, which you
can adjust until you're satisfied.

Approve Proof & Payment Processing
- Approve the virtual proof, and your payment will be processed.

Production and Shipping
- Your order enters production and is then shipped. A tracking number
will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Review
- We encourage you to share your experience with Amber Promos
including sharing your product pictures and leaving a review to help
others.
- Do you offer price matching?

Yes, we offer price matching with our Low Price Guarantee. We will match any US online order
for the same product, production time, and shipping time. Price match quotes are
valid for 5 days and cannot be combined with coupons or other offers.
Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Unverified websites or distributors
- Special pricing for select groups, loyalty offers, or membership/government
programs
- Competitor offers on services, liquidation, or time-sensitive sales
- Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if the order hasn't been APPROVED (meaning virtual
proof has been confirmed and credit card has been charged).
Once the order is APPROVED, Cancellations will be charged a $30 service fee which
may include, but are not limited to, art charges, paper or product proofs, setup
charges, restocking fees (15% of item price), or shipping charges. These fees
will be billed at AmberPromos.com's discretion.
If the order ships, it would be treated like a return or exchange.
- What are setup fees?

These are charges to create a screen, die or other necessary production
preparation to imprint your unique logo.
- Will I pay setup charges for reorder?

No, if you place an exact reorder (same logo design and item) within 2 years.
- Will I see a virtual proof before production?

Yes! You will always receive a virtual proof, as you must approve the artwork,
placement, and overall design before we proceed with production.
- What if items arrive damaged?

We do our best to ensure secure packaging for shipping. If any items are damaged
upon arrival, please inform your Customer Service Representative. We will either replace
the damaged pieces or provide a refund.
- Can I order by phone?

am – 5:00 pm (Center Time) and a Customer Service Representative will gladly
help you. It’s helpful to have your product and credit card information ready.
- Can I order by email?

Yes, you may send an email to [email protected]. You can attach your
artwork to the email if applicable.
- Do you offer rush Service?

Rush Service offers expedited order processing and production for
eligible products.
- Identify Eligible Products: Look for the rush-service option on the
product or search filters.
- Select Rush Production: Indicate your preference for rush production
when placing order or you may call your Customer Service Representative to
update your preference after placing an order.
Notes:
- Not all products qualify for Rush Service.
- For additional options or assistance, you can always talk to your
Customer Service Representative to check if we can upgrade
production or shipping services to help you get your orders on time.
