Past-due invoices may incur interest at the maximum legal rate. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.

AmberPromos.com reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason prior to production. If production has not started, a full refund will be issued.

AmberPromos.com offers shipping via selected carriers. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Title to the goods passes to the customer upon full payment and delivery to the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless AmberPromos.com selects and arranges the carrier, in which case AmberPromos.com retains risk until delivery.

We will make every effort to meet requested in-hands dates, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Most products sold by AmberPromos.com are customized with customer-provided logos, designs, or artwork. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all submitted designs.

A digital proof will be provided for approval before production. Production will not begin until proof approval is received. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

Product dimensions may vary up to 5% due to manufacturing tolerances, lot variations, or hand-cut processes. These variations are considered normal and do not qualify for returns or claims.

Due to differences in monitor and screen settings, actual product colors may differ slightly from on-screen images. Minor variations between digital images and final products are considered acceptable and are not grounds for claims.

If color accuracy is critical, we recommend requesting a physical sample prior to ordering.

Because most of our products are customized, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or does not match the approved proof.

If the product you receive differs significantly from the approved proof or product description, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.

Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

A return authorization is required before sending back any products.

Approved returns will receive either a refund to the original payment method or store credit, at your preference.

AmberPromos.com will cover return shipping costs for any approved return.

All prices on the Site are subject to change without notice due to market conditions, product availability, or supplier pricing changes.

While AmberPromos.com strives for accuracy, occasional errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct errors and will contact you for approval before processing any additional charges.

Large volume discounts may be available upon request.

AmberPromos.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchase.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs and legal fees.

If arbitration is found unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
